Price and coverage
The current subscription is R 350,00 per driver account for 30 consecutive days, covering up to 10 eligible vehicle listings. Transport costs are separate and agreed with the provider.
Activation and renewal
Registration alone does not publish a vehicle. A complete ready listing and confirmed payment are required for standard subscription publication. Email verification is encouraged but does not block checkout or publication after confirmed payment. A payment success screen or uploaded proof alone does not activate your subscription. EFT and ATM proofs require administrator approval. Administrators may separately grant or disable listing visibility without changing payment records. Early renewal adds 30 days to the existing expiry; after expiry the new period starts from confirmed payment. Renewals are one-time payments, with no automatic recurring billing.
Expiry and suspension
After expiry, listings disappear from public browsing and public detail pages. Your saved account and vehicle information remain available for renewal. An administrator may suspend an account for misuse; payment does not override suspension.
Questions, cancellations and payment disputes
Contact info@findatruck.co.za with your payment reference for any billing concern, cancellation or refund request. The platform does not promise enquiry volume or transport bookings. Any applicable rights remain unaffected.
Updates
We may update this information as the platform changes. Material subscription changes will be shown before a new payment is initiated.
